Ava is a senior in high school from the Bay Area. She has played tennis since she was 8 years old, and has had countless experiences from green dot tournaments to Level 2 tournaments. Ava has progressed in her journey with tennis and has embraced the mental aspect of tennis with great ardor. Realizing that the mental facet of tennis is so important, she decided to reach out to other sports and athletes to spread awareness on the importance of empowering mental health.
